The Bill actor, and 2-1 pre-show favourite Gary Lucy, had to endure a skate off with outsider Bobby Davro before advancing through to another week in the latest series of Dancing on Ice, and Coral bookmakers have pushed his price to 5-1 to win outright, and now make Coronation Street star Hayley Tamaddon the new favourite at 2-1.Lucy was top on the judges scorecard, but after the phone lines closed, it was he and lowest scorer Davro that were forced to compete again for a place in next week’s show..
“As has proved in the past, it’s the viewers, not the judges that need impressing, so despite being the highest scorer, you still need public votes,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton.
Bobby Davro was the 7-4 favourite to be voted off first, and proved a poor result for the bookies!
