Amy takes a break from court

During her trial today, Amy Winehouse was ushered from the steps of the courthouse and placed infront of photographers to smoke as she was trying to smoke in a prohibited area.

Back in court when asked how she felt when 50 or 60 photographers took pictures of her while she had a cigarette at lunchtime, Winehouse said: 'It's just funny that people don't have more interesting things to do with their time than take pictures of me.'
