Peter Andre is taking legal action against his estranged wife Katie Price after she questioned his fidelity on GMTV this morning.
The singer, 36, decided to take action after his ex hinted during an interview that Andre may not have been faithful to her saying 'when you split up with someone you hear things'.
The glamour model was promoting her new book Sapphire on the breakfast show when she was asked about Andre.
The 31-year-old told presenter Ben Shephard that she hoped any future partners would be 'faithful'.
